All components are precision-fabricated in the factory and connected with bolts on site. No welding is required during installation. The system is optimized across five dimensions: Safety, Economy, Insulation, Airtightness, and Corrosion Resistance.
Main frame: Q235/Q355 carbon steel. Purlins: C/Z galvanized steel (Q235). Roof and wall panels: Color steel sandwich panels with EPS or PU core.
For anti-corrosion, we offer multiple options: galvanized, galvalume, zinc-aluminum-magnesium, and full hot-dip galvanizing — selected based on climate conditions and client requirements.
